NovosibirskGuide.com editors are sure that Pobeda is greatest cinema hall of Novosibirsk, really, they do not pay us for this :).
The oldest cinema hall of Novosibirsk, built in 1925 and totally reconstructed in 2007. It looks more like thater, rather then a cinema. Each 2-3 months Pobeda has so-called national film festivals - a special program of various (old and new, popular and art-house) films of one country (usually European one). In the most cases national film festival is shown without translation (only subtitles) - that's a good news for expats and tourists :). We try to write about all festivals in our news.
On the first floor there is also a cinema-cafe.
Pobeda Cinema is located to blocks down (by Lenina str.) from main city square.
Ticket price: 50-300 RUB.
